ReplyDeleteI think it's stupid, because people are to lazy to actually go out and do it themselves. It's a long process to what they do to the apples. People are going to get fat if they don't do it themselves.
ReplyDeleteThe robots are taking place of people picking the apples buy hand. I think it's a good idea to have them do the work. This will save us a lot of time and less labor to pick fruit. The robots pick much faster than humans to.

ReplyDeleteI think that it is not a good idea. Although the robots work a lot faster than humans, the humans still need to have jobs to support their families. It's less labor for us but it will make us lazier than what we already are.

ReplyDeleteHaving the technology to build a robot to do things for us is already a great thing, but even one to pick apples for us without damaging them is incredible. I think its a great opportunity. Imagine all the things robots can start accomplishing.

I think that using a robot is cool but not smart. The robots can do a lot but so can people so people need to stop being lazy. They made a vacuum cleaner that grabs apples.

ReplyDeleteI think it's a good idea because farming is time consuming. Therefore farmers can work on other things while the robots pick the apples. Also it's good because things can get done earlier than later than it supposed to be.

ReplyDeleteI think its a good idea to implement these apple picking robots. Although it puts a certain group of people out of jobs the apple picking process is about twice as fast.

ReplyDeleteI have many different opinions about this topic. I dislike it because it's taking away all of the work, and people will begin to get more and more lazy. I like it because the robots can determine the perfect apples with no cuts or bruises, which makes them taste better.

ReplyDeleteI think it is a good idea but the robots may malfunction and cost more money to fix than if they where to continue to pick them by hand. On the other hand it will speed up the process and allow farmers to do other things to make more money.
